a Sunday at home

I woke up early to do my jazz detailing coz I need at least 8 hours to apply the second coat of wax and I need to finish it today. Had Royal washed, vacuumed and waxed the whole morning.

Marching band sounds are in the air because the village parish is celebrating the Holy Rosary Fiesta today. We didn’t do anything special for the fiesta. It’s just a normal day for us. We really just don’t celebrate.

A cake arrived before lunch. My post birthday cake hurray! I didn’t get to eat cake last week so I’m indulging in all its chocolatey goodness.

Thanks hunny for the delicious cake I love you too!

Then after a power nap, I started with the 2nd coating of wax for Royal. Then it’s gardening time. I planted the rosemary seeds I bought. Hope it grows when I get back next week.

end of jobs

Although I’m not a big fan of the iPod or any Apple product, I must admit that Steve Jobs is a great pioneer of the technology we have today.  The news of his death yesterday was the trending topic on twitter.

I suggest you watch “Pirates of Silicon Valley”. It’s a film about how Apple/Macintosh and Microsoft started. You will know all the nasty tricks and innovations they did to reach their success.

Also, Jobs’ speech on the commencement exercise of Stanford is worth watching. It’s very inspirational. It might give you the drive to be successful.

September 2010 nito. Dutdutan X. Ngayon saka bukas din yung Dutdutan 11, pero mukhang malabo makapunta. May bagyo kasi, malakas ang hangin at umuulan.

4 kami na nagpunta last year sa Dutdutan. Ako, si Aids, Bert at Lady. Si Lady yung kumuha ng picture namin dyan. Pauwi na kami ng mga panahong yan. Kumain muna kami sa Jollibee dyan lang sa likod ng billboard tapos umuwi na.

Si Royal

1 year nang overdue yung balak kong bilhing kotse.  Sa wakas natupad din. My first brand spanking new car. Isang orange na orange na Honda Jazz.

Pangalan nya ay Royal. 3 pinagpilian namin. Ponky, Sunny at Royal. Ponky kasi ponkan, Sunny Orange, at Royal Tru Orange.

2 weeks pa lang kaya di pa gaano malayo ang natatakbo.

4. kapag dadaan dun sa guard at halos katapat ko na sya, saka ko huhugutin yung id at isusuot so sakto pagsuot ko ay nakalampas na ko sa kanya.
5. kung di napansin, good job.
6. kung tinignan ang dummy id at kinilatis, tumakbo ng mabilis

Eto ang kantang laging tinutugtog ni cedie sa kanyang torotot. Nakakaiyak pa sya nung bata kami hehe.

Nakabuka na ang alaga kong bulaklak.

Sakto din, nung sabado, nagpunta kami sa Ilog Maria Honey Bee Farm sa Silang Cavite. Namili lang sila ermats at utol ng mga kung ano anong bagay na gawa sa honey bee. Bumili na din ako ng honey. Kahit inallergy ako sa pollen dun at hatching ako ng hatching nung pauwi, natuwa ako sa farm.

Siguro dito pinanganak si Jollibee. Meron pang hive na pwede buksan tapos makikita mo yung mga bubuyog na nagtratrabaho. Magdasal ka na lang na di ka nila kagatin.

At eto ang mga bubuyog. Glass ang ang proteksyon ko mula sa swarm na to. Baka papakin ka ng sting ng bubuyog kapag lumapit pa.

Onsekantot, pwede ka din naman magpakagat sa kanila. Sabi nila therapeutic daw ang kagat bubuyog. May offer din silang BST o Bee Sting Therapy sa farm. Eto na ang universal cure!

Ilang buwan na din ang lumipas.  Sa sampung buto, dalawa ang natira. Isa pa lang ang mamumulaklak. Humanda na ang mga zombies.

sayang lang, hindi ko makikita ang pagbukas nya. sa sabado ko pa uli makikita, sana hindi pa lanta.

Bumili din ako ng bagong gadget. Chorus para sa aking acoustic guitar. Maganda ang tunog, parang gumagaling ako sa gitara hehe. Danelectro ang tatak. FAB Chorus, mura lang 1,200 sa lyric pero superb ang tunog.
